 As of October 2002 we will be two years old, and we are ready to grow! We know that the best way to expand the business is through franchise. Our attorneys have been working with us for months on legalizing and preparing us for the franchise process and we are secure with our knowledge and are so excited to move forward. Since the original store in McKinney has been successful in providing this wonderful playplace to our community, we are, in turn, looking for help in growing the business.
A franchise is basically, "Authorization granted by a manufacturer to sell his products" (Webster's Dictionary, 2000 Edition). If one is interested in owning his/her own company he/she could do so by buying our name, logo, and idea. Once ownership is established and all of the legal loopholes have been jumped through, the buyer could actually OWN their own business while still having a support system through us, the original store. Here is the basic process: 1-Applicant fills out an application, 2-We run a background check on the applicant to ensure safety for our/their children, 3- Candidate has a meeting with us where we disclose our confidential financial information and we review the franchise packet. Once the applicant and we all feel it is time to move forward, site selection can begin!
Benefits from owning your own store: Well, there are really lots and lots, but the most important benefit in our opinion is BEING WITH YOUR CHILD!! You bring your child to work with you where he or she can develop and grow and you miss not a second of their precious childhood.:)
