Private Group Parties
HappyLand is a great place to host other special events. We rent out our facility for private parties of all different types. At the end of a sports season the coaches need a place for all the players to gather to give away the trophies. We can offer our facility to those that want a private party for the trophy ceremony and share dinner, cake, snacks etc. Sports teams, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, YMCA adventure guides/princesses all have had parties here and enjoyed the exclusive opportunity to strengthen friendships and encourage playtime among their peers.
Our rates vary, depending on the size of the party and the amount of extras you may choose to add. Most of our private parties are 90 minutes in length and include a juice box for each child. You may book a party for a dinner time slot in which case you may add pizza that we provide (from Papa John's). Our rates are less expensive than our birthday parties because there is really no hosting by us needed. We charge your party according to number of guests and extras and the day your party falls on. Our weeknight parties are the most popular for this sort of thing, because the rates increase during the weekend due to lack of availability because of private birthday parties. Please contact us if you'd like to inquire about a party time slot. When you call us, we will be able to give you an accurate price quote once the details of the party have been discussed.
Times available for private group parties are: Monday through Friday...5:00-6:30 pm, 6:30-8:00 pm
We offer Parents Night Out every first and third Friday of the month from 6:00-10:00; therefore the Friday slot may be unavailable for a private group party. Let us know how we can serve you. We'd love to be part of helping make important memories in your child's life.
